THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE

Connect with a Loan Officer. They will ask you to complete an application. Through this process underwriters will look at your credit history and finances. I can provide lender suggestions, if needed.

We’ll work together with the Loan Officer to determine the best way to structure your offer so you land with a favorable price and terms.

After an inspection and appraisal, closing day arrives! This is when you sign all the documents. Typically those involved include a closing team, escrow, title company, and notary.
